Philip Rose serves as the Director of Marketing for the Xerox Leadership Association.
Phil joined Xerox Corporation in 2006 where he served as member of the Xerox Innovation Group. From 2008 through 2016, he took on new key leadership assignments within the company, first as a product marketing manager for XMPie a business unit of Xerox Corporation and a leader in the cross-media and Web-to-Print market, then as customer engagement manager at Xerox’s Gil Hatch Center. He then filled the positions of Director of Technology and Director of New Business Development for the Communications and Marketing Services (CMS) Global Delivery Center (GDC) at Xerox, where he received recognition from both the 20/20 Club and President’s Club. Currently, Rose serves as Product Strategy Leader for the Strategic Offering and Product Support organization within Customer Business Operations (CBO).
Prior to joining Xerox, Phil worked in production management/directorship roles at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and at the Army Times Publishing Company and was product marketing manager for both Prepress Solutions and Tegra-Varityper.
Phil holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Cayuga Community College, a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Print Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Ashford University. He has earned 16 published patents in areas ranging from workflow to packaging. His career in printing and publishing actually started during college where he filled positions as both an artist and sales representative for two small publications in the Greater Rochester, NY area. From there, his experience continued to span many areas including advertising design, systems programming, production management, research and development and product marketing.
