Lorraine started at Xerox as a contractor on the DocuTech program before converting to a Xerox employee in 1996. Lorraine has held positions in Production Engineering, Configuration Management, and Production Media Duplication before moving over to the office group. She is currently part of the Global Development Group as a Partner Integration Engineer and manager of the Virtual Integration Center (VIC).
Lorraine holds a Bachelor’s degree in New Media Market from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
In her spare time, Lorraine enjoys spending time with family and friends, a love for music, and traveling.
Shelley Hayes serves as the VP of Mentoring. Shelley is currently the Global Offerings Worldwide Business Manager for Rialto 900 Entry Continuous Feed Inkjet Press and Production Color Iridesse Press.
Shelley joined Xerox in 1995 as a software technical lead previously working in mobile networking communication industry. She has held technical and managerial roles in XIM, iGen, Workflow, and the Corporate Engineering Center.
Shelley loves to spend time with her family and friends, volunteer at the Rochester Public Market, garden, golf, sun, workout, and plays in two volleyball leagues. She is always looking for player for her Friday night co-ed team. Call her!
Denise Lennox serves as VP of Marketing and Technology for the Xerox Leadership Association and is currently in the role of managing sales tools worldwide in Global Offering Workplace Solutions Marketing and Sales Enablement.
Denise has held a variety of roles including managing and accountability for documentation and sales and analyst training materials within CDC and in 2009 moved into the Office and Solutions Business Group, managing the global sales tools.
Denise joined Xerox in 2006 and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Medaille College.
In her free time, Denise enjoys CrossFit, outdoor activities and spendingn time with her grandchildren.
Nermine Zakhary serves as the VP of Professional Development and is currently on the Global Offering Workplace Solutions, responsible for Learning Innovation for Sales Enablement, the design and development of learning programs and tools for ConnectKey, A3/A4, Light Production, Solutions and Xerox App Gallery.
Nermine joined Xerox in 2007 and has held a variety of roles within the Office & Solutions Business Group, designing learning programs for Solutions, MPS and Performance Support. Nermine holds a Master’s of Education specializing in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University and completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Binghamton University.
Nermine is also a certified Strengths Coach and enjoys presenting workshops and coaching around ‘the power of strengths use’ and participants’ CliftonStrengths results with a focus on strength-building in place of weakness-fixing.
Tammy Joined Xerox Corporation in 1995 in the “Skunk Works” group in East Rochester. Throughout these years her focus has been in product delivery through electro/mechanical design, manufacturing, launch, and currently an Integration Manager on the business team. The product delivery experiences have included travel to China and working with Japan as well as many manufacturing suppliers state side.
Tammy was given the opportunity to get her PMP Certification during a time she worked in XIM as a project manager. She also has earned her green belt.
Prior to Xerox she held mechanical design positions at Computer Consoles, U of R Lab for Laser Energetics and Hampshire Instruments. She took the long road to get her BS degree working and going to school nights.
Manish Dixit serves as the VP of Community Affairs/Special Events for the Xerox Leadership Association and is currently in the role of Enterprise Solution Architect in the Americas Solution Design Center of Excellence in the Global Delivery and Manufacturing organization.
Prior to joining the Delivery organization, Manish held several technical leadership roles driving software development and delivery within the MPS Technology Group and XIM (now XDX).
Manish joined Xerox in 2008 and holds two patents.
In his spare time, Manish loves spending time with his daughter, experimenting with upcoming technology trends, and exploring the country on his motorcycle when his schedule allows for it.
Eileen started at Xerox as a contract security officer. She worked in security operations for over 20 years before joining the Corporate Security staff in 1999 as a direct employee. While working for Xerox Corporate Security she held various positions including investigations, project management, and system support.
Eileen is green and black belt certified, as well as a certified Master Black Belt.
Since joining XDX in November 2014, Eileen also became a certified PMP and CISM. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Robert’s Wesleyan College; and was an adjunct professor in the business department at The College at Brockport.
In her free-time she enjoys spending time with her family, and her hobby, digital photography.
